Add-ons
We can arrange professional photography, videos and 3D walkthroughs of your property. We will arrange listings on Trade Me and Real Estate.co.nz plus any other marketing that may be suitable for your property. All pricing will be discussed with you in detail.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
7.5% + GST
From the rental monies collected.
Secure reliable tenants
Organise viewings of property, screen prospective tenants and complete legalities. $250 + GST administration fee for tenanting property. $99 + GST to list property for rent on Trade Me (subject to change) and $12 + GST per credit check (subject to change).
Rent collection and follow up on any arrears
Professional monthly statements and year end summaries.
Organise repairs and maintenance
No additional charge for repairs and maintenance arranged by Curtis & Co. Invoices deducted and paid from rent.
Property inspections
No additional charge for ingoing and outgoing inspections or routine inspections (up to three per year). Additional inspections $50.
